Is his kit good for all years? I have a 72. And if I go with a pamco ignition which kit do you guys suggest? I'd like a kit with the duel coil, but not brake the band. I just like to cruise around not hot rod. Will this take care of everything electronic? I have a battery, but understand I can delete it if I feel.

Get the kit with the black dual high output coil..Think its called "Extreme"... not the one with wires already attached. After You get the Pamco and Hughs pma, chuck that battery and get a Sparkx capacitor!!

Anyone know if I can run the high output coil from Mikes xs using the points setup with a PMA? I'm thinking I ordered the wrong coil but not sure if I'm just wiring it up wrong.

You need 2 coils to run points i believe.... save your pennies and get a pamco!
