Looking to add hydraulic clutch. Hugh used the stock worm gear actuated by a cylinder w/ a long rod in his kit. Others have used slave master cylinders attached to outer cover acting directly on the clutch actuating rod.

Anyone experience both?

I'm inclined to remove the worm gear and go direct w/ a 30 -32mm slave cylinder, but the $40 "pit bike clutch" is really tempting. I remember when my bike was all together that I had really bad heat induced clutch issues and that was with the improved clutch cable. Don't want to go that path again.

Thanks for your input.

I had an HHB kit and it was far from great, I went with the Apprilia kit from Ippytatto and it is 110% better. Also it was several times the cost but it works, unlike the Chinese deal. tim
