Hydro clutch adjustment

Hey guys! (or gals) I recently updated my clutch plates(ebc) and springs(70lb) and I adjusted the shifter side worm gear screw (in to snug then out 1/8) When I start the bike and hold the clutch in and click first, let go of the clutch, the bike stalls and pulls forward, which I though, maybe there is an air bubble in the hydro clutch, but i didn't have an issue before. Any thoughts?

The slave cylinder is broken :-(

So I just put on a cable clutch and the bike still pulls with the clutch pulled in any suggestions?

Also its tough to shift, I'm assuming it's due to the clutch not fully disengaging
