On a serious note, the only one I've seen changed pushed in from the outside with an o-ring, and had a retaining groove, retaining clip, and a screw to hold the clip from the inside of the case. Not sure how ours is retained.
On the one I changed you push it out from the outside in. Just push the new one in, from the inside, no clips or screws. The pressure of the rubber seal holds it in place.
I changed mine because it was stained and I couldn't see the oil through it.

Not bad. I used a deep socket just small enough to fit inside the hole the window fits in, a few taps with a hammer and it popped right out. To install use a bigger socket that is just a bit smaller than the rubber seal. The hole is smaller on the out side, forms a shoulder that the seal stops against. A bit of lube on the rubber part will help it slip in.
