My Plans,
As a young spunker I followed speedway, Loved the Belle Vue Aces and the Sheffield Tigers.
My plansd are to do a flat tracker, I have seen some beauties on the internet.
Got to be blue with the yammie blocks
Sorry KSboy forgot your from the US, speedway I suppose is equivalent to your flat track racing, we used to get massive crowds in the later part of the 20th century.

Im working on a bobber build now... Thats awesome man, those bikes are pretty sweet looking. All help anyways possible, there is alot of good builds and advice on this sight. Just gotta ask.

Yay! Tracker!!
After Yam went with the Mag wheels and disc brakes front and rear they also sold a Special II model ('79 to '81 ish?) with wire wheels and chromed steel rims (rather than the previous flanged alloy rims) and a rear disc brake. My brother used to own one. Otherwise much the same bike. Wire wheels look good on a tracker, though I've also seen some nice mag wheel ones.
