The vin number is 2f0-213702. From the chart I think that it's a 78 but need a final answer from Someone who knows more. Thanks

the vin number, based on a write up provided by someone else... I remember the 78-79 range by heart from when I was looking mine up. This may be inaccurate, since its based on second hand info, and there are some gaps in those numbers. You are welcome to keep looking... provide some pics of your bike and these guys will be able to tell you what have based on that as well.

Thats one of the several out there. Most are pretty good except for the 79 models. They had three models that year and the numbers are all jumbled up. Some lists say xxx number is a Special, others say a Special II.
Pics will help us clarify just which you have if still stock. If chopped or bobbed It won't matter so much. The parts to tell if a Standard, Special or Special II are long gone.
