i watched a few minutes of the video, so at least i tried...
if your going to build a bike and spend the time and money on it, get a title first.
whats the problem with going down to your local government agency that handles titles?
people have been buying/selling and building bikes and cars way before the internet, how do you think they handled that title issue? they did it by going down to the local DMV.
if you have any thoughts that your bike is not legit because you bought it without a title, then you try to get a loophole title, your no better than ITS. your both trying to scam someone out of something, all while getting away with it.
