That's a rather obscure Yamaha model. It would be hard and expensive to fix up. Parts would be hard to find and cost a lot. Some of the parts can be used on a 650, like the wheels, turn signals, maybe handlebar controls. That's all it's good for in my opinion. Just to show you how unwanted they are, I've had not one but two given to me for free over the years. I stripped them of anything I thought might be useful and scrapped the rest. Got a nice coffee can full of metric nuts and bolts from them. Many are the Yamaha specialty bolts with the "6" or "9" stamped on the top. These have really come in handy for replacing rusty stuff on my 650.
