Not exactly. Early bikes had two separate throttle cables and a twist grip that took two cables. So, you'd need to find a '75 or earlier throttle assembly and the original, correct butterfly shaft for the right carb. It would have the threaded outside end to bolt on a cable arm just like the left carb has .....

finding a set of complete carbs of either type would be the easy (better?) path.
The road to hell is paved with "almost right" MC partz.

I hear ya. That’s what I should probably do. Have somewhere to good to start from tuning this thing
