Just another VIN question

Hello, my name James. I recently bought a xs frame without a title. I plan to build it up. I looked at the sticky with the Vin identification numbers and I cannot figure out how to read it. My Vin on the neck of the frame is 447-114413. From reading I believe it is a 72-77 I cannot figure out how to pin down anymore information. Any help is greatly appreciated so I can begin the lost title process.
