K 247 head - does it fit a 447 engine?

I'm considering buying this:

The only markings the seller can find are K 247 on it.

Will it fit my 447 engine?

it has the four bolt valve opening so no worry of it being a 256 head but I'd be leary of not having the mated top half, these heads were line bored in sets, might want to ask some questions about where rest of it is

Yep, no good without the top half...

PS, 256 Heads work just fine as well

The K247 looks like the matching number that was stamped in the head and rocker box just after the machining.
The number is stamped on the front of the engine, between the cylinders, where the oil feed line runs.
I have one stamped 8R26
He might have the matching rocker box, ask him.
