Kansas gravel tracker build

john3t, sorry for the sluggish reply. Went to Ore. last week to visit our oldest son. Army recruiter in Roseburg. Our other son and I took our dirt bikes and we went trail riding twice while there. I found out fast that mud means nothing to Oregon riders! I got my SL-100 motor back together and it runs better than a 43 yr. bike has a right to, so I guess I did something right. My plan is to dismantle it later this summer for a total clean up and paint. My 650 has not had too much done lately. Need to get the brakes working and decide on an ignition. Prob. be after wheat harvest before its running. Hopefully anyway!

Good to hear that you got a chance to visit your son. I can imagine they are used to having some mud up that way.
That SL-100 should be a fun one. Glad you got her back together and running.
Sorry to sound stupid, but about when is the wheat harvest?
