Can you run the single wire type kill switch with a powerdynamo electronic ignition? My electrician is worried about burning something up. He believes the single wire is for magneto systems only. please help. Thanks

To use a single wire kill switch you need to hook it to the power wire to the ignition, when you "kill" the engine you are grounding out the power to the ignition. Not the best way to do things. A two wire kill switch that cuts power to the ignition is better.
If you really want to use a one wire kill switch, wire in a relay, hook power to terminals 30 and 86, hook 85 to your kill switch, 87A to the ignition. Now when you turn the kill switch to the stop position the relay gets powered and breaks the power to the ignition.

No I don't really want the one wire. That is just what my local shop had in stock. thanks for the input.
