Know this bike?

I've seen this one around here a few times and I was just seeing if anyone know the origin or the builder?

Reason I'm curious is because I supposedly just met the builder. But, I'm not so sure.

It was made by Motoshop Tonouchi. There is a write up on bikeexif.com. I’d post a link but don’t know who to on my smart phone.

Ooohhh yeah, that's right! I've read that write up. That's why it looked so damn familiar to me when he brought it up. Dude I met was DEFINITELY not the one to build this bike.
