Silly me, I agreed to work on an Arctic Cat ATV for Dale the Builder. Silly because ATV's are a pain in the ass to work on and sillier because Dale beats the shit out of his stuff.
ANY-hoo, looking for a rebuild kit for a Keihin CVK32 carb-a-tooter. I see some listed, but the bowl gasket in the pictures does NOT match the bowl gasket on the carb. Not sure if that's because it's a generic picture or I mis-identified the carb. I KNOW it's a CVK, its cast right into the carb. I assume it's a 32 because the ID of the
butterfly side measures 32mm using a steel rule and the Mark One Eyecrometer.
Curiously, the CVK40 kits do show what appears to be the correct bowl gasket. Hmmm.
Input/sources/abuse appreciated.
The gaskets I'm seeing for CVK32's does not include a provision for the hole shown by the red arrow. The CVK40's do.
