I've been lurking for a while... and had the bike for a good 5 months now. Still work on a few changes but here she is.

Here's mine. 81 Heritage. Stipped to the frame and cases. New pistons and bore, Mikuni carbs. Pulled the loom and now kick only. Coustom Tank ( Honda Rebel style). Powdercoated rims and frame. Hope you like her.

Hey Burgs-- That bike is done just right, great job. tim

Thanks for the comments everyone. To answer a few questions. The rear tyre doesn't rub Tank is a Honda rebel replica and it does fit straight in I drilled the frame to secure the front . The bars a from a Harley Nightster as is the brake cylinder. the pipes were ceramic coated so they didn't lose their colour. Stock headers, standard aftermarket peashooters. Re-laced the hubs and bought new rims ( black).

That looks killer... very sleek and well done!

Did you make the tank? Also, what is your seat supported by, is that an airbag?

Very cool...I like the tank on it...I kept looking at it thinking, it doesn't look like an XS tank...and glad to see I was right, but it fits well.

Good job.

Another good one. I'd bet something like this, in 750cc, would move off the showroom floor.

Wouldn't it be awesome to see Yamaha reinvent the xs as a 750 or 800 to compete with the Kwaka W800 and the modern Bonnie!
Here are a couple more of mine, one while on the ramp another once I was finished.
