matching brake and clutch levers - small resevoir

I'll be converting my clutch to hydraulic using a Ducati slave cylinder (30.5mm) and using the stock caliper on the front brake.

I want some cheap fairly inexpensive levers, the resevoir have to be small. I'd prefer to use the 'clear tube resevoir' mod but I'm getting confused with bore stroke etc.

I'd love to know what bikes I can get these off that will work well
