Matte or Gloss

Think I decided to go with the black tins, need some help though.. Matte or Gloss?

Currently have, gloss black engine, frame, bars, head/signals lights

Matte wheels, forks, clamps, all engine covers.

Also, black pipes or no? wrapped???

Seat will be black leather, and the batt/elec boxes will be the same as the tins.

Had a couple guys do up some photoshops to give me an idea, whats your opinion?

Also, Im planning on getting it powdercoated for now. For cost reasons.

i had my exhaust done with a hi temp coating. its flat black with a wrinkly texture. it looks really good. my frame is wrinkly too but too bad that wasnt planned. haha.

I'd go with matte to offset the gloss frame. I would also go back over your wheels w/ a gloss finish. I think that'd make it turn out real sharp. Then again I kinda like the bare tins as they are on your bike.

X2 on bare metal tins on that. Just clear them.

hi i,m soory but i,ve got high gloss black on my xs650 and it always looks a treat... a simple gold pin stripe would look great on it as well regards oldbiker
