Has anyone purchased the stock front width 1.85 x18 36 spoke shouldered aluminum rim
that Mike offers (part #34-009). They sell the 2.15 x 18 36 spoke rim for a front 18" option, and mention the spoke angles are correct for front application only. Also they offer the spoke set #19-0067 for all their 18" rims. I emailed, as to when the 1.85 width will be available, and if it will work with my 1977 standard model front hub.
Sure was nice when you could call and actually talk to Mike about specific applications.
If I had to go with the 2.15 width (which is the stock rear width), would my front tire
100/90 just inflate to the wider profile.
