Well Jon,

I will be following with interest. What's the stretch & drop on the hardtail? It looks like you raked the neck a bit? I also want to see how that tank looks with the engine in. I am leaning towards one of your peanut tanks so this is perfect!

I have a couple of Dan's fenders, he's the best. Definitely worth the wait.

He even built me a custom diameter fender for my 23" wheel bike. Nice guy.

Will you be stocking anything cool like the brass and copper fenders, or just the standard stuff like Lowbrow?
 
I belive it has to be brazed. Torch and brass rod.

tig with silicon bronze rod. its basically brazing with a tig torch. i just used used silicon bronze rod to weld a steel bung into my new gas tank. its strong with great resistance to cracking under vibration, which sometimes happens with out beloved 650s :wink2:.
