Wanted - Motor & Rear Disc Brake

Looking for a motor! I live in Albany, NY and would prefer to grab one locally, so if your in the area please hit me up! Would like something decent, with good compression, and hasn't been spray painted, or powder coated. The lower the mileage the better!

Also in need of a rear caliper, that is in good shape if possible. Please let me know! THANKS!
