I like it a lot. I love the wheels, and have always been a fan of matte black bikes. Maybe some unique tank badges to draw your eye to, or a subdued racing stripe to tie it together? Or, it's good the way it is. Nice job!
The only person that bike has to make feel good is you. I don't know what you started with, but I do see a lot of time and sweat invested in that ride. Ride her with pride.
It looks good, I was thinking going to something like it for my other XS2 since I can't use a hardtail here. It's different but simple at the same time.

Not bad. I understand no front fender as it never rains in So. California.
Watch the bag in front though, best not to interupt the air flow to the jugs.
