My frame is getting close

Voodoo Vintage Fabricatin in Austin Texas is doing the work on the frame. Still has a little to go. The neck (stem) was modified to accept a std Harley front end. I think its going to make my wife happy since the bike will be for her.

So,,,,, will it have 'steering stops'?
