need help with colours

So i painted my tank and rear fender Duplicolor Metalspecks Red and now want to add some pinstriping or graphics or decals but not sure of what colours to go. I was thinking yellow and green old school pinstriping but not sure. the base colour is a dark red almost maroon. any help would be great this is for a 70's style old school chopper.

Oh... I think it'd look t*ts with a cream or ivory pinstriping. I love deep red and cream/ivory together. Classy, imho.

Yup... maybe white and cream pinstripes that parallel each other. That'd look nice!

Take pictures of the tank it will make it much easier for a suggestion. Then you have literally thousands of choices of colours depending the type of striping enamel your using. When I stripe a object the shape, basecolour, style of striping to be done play a big roll in the colour choices.

Most of the colours are mixable too so custom colours can be very easily made.

Did you clear coat the tank?

The texture of the Metal Specs paint will resist the adhesion of the decals, you may want to have the pinstriping laid down by hand.
