Wanted - Neutral Detent Spring

Mine was trashed! The only ones on Ebay come with the full assembly:

I just need the spring

Anyone got one or know where I could pick one up? Part is discontinued of course...

Hey, lucky. Where there's a will, there's a way. Using your original spring and a caliper, you may be able to find a suitable substitute by carefully measuring the spring's critical dimensions (inner/outer diameter and wire diameter), free length, and coil count, then rummage thru the spring assortments at auto shops, Ace hardware, Tractor Supply, Lowes, Home Depot, ...etc. Springs can be easily cut/trimmed to length with a Dremel.

If you don't have any luck finding a suitable substitute in the next few days let me know. I may have one around since I have had a few parts motors pass through my hands and I have a bottom end sitting in my shop. If I do have one and you can't find one I will send it to you for the cost of shipping ($6).
