New guy - 83

Hi, I have been checking out this site for awhile and today my browsing takes on a new purpose. My project bike, a 1983 Yamaha xs650 sk, 57,000 km and in pieces arrived this morning. I will post pictures in the Garage forum when I start my build.

A little background, novice mechanic, looking to learn. I have been riding and providing basic service on a wide variety of bikes over the last 38 years. Some of my past bikes: cb750 honda, yamaha wr450, valkyrie interstate, etc.

I live in Southern Ontario, Canada and love to ride the country twisties.
