New member... First XS

Hey fella's,
New member here. I have been building bikes for quite some time, about 18 yrs or so. I was a mechanic for EasyRiders @ one point and time. I build 2-4 bikes a yr. usually one for my self and a couple for customers. I am not brand partial. I think anything that is air cooled, chain driven and carb'd can be made neat w/ a little imagination.

Anyway, this is my 1st xs of any sort. I know the 650 is the holy grail of xs's. But, I dont have one haha.... So this is my xs400 that I picked up in Dec of 2010. Thanks for looking. And thanks for whom ever is hosting this RAD website

Cool look, like the tank. Do the cover over the coils serve a purpose or is it just a look?

Thanks guys. No, the coil covers just hide that stock ugly coils. So I guess that would be there purpose.

I did sign up @ xs400 too. It's seems to be a little slower over there with not as much info. I'm sure because it's only because it's new. Also on DTT, And JJ.
