New(to me) XS, Frame Questions

Did you work out your fork issue? I always thought my front end looked too tall, and that a drop would bee the thing to do. I wonder if swapping forks would solve both of our problems. Mine have also been painted black by the PO just like yours. Thoughts?

For what it's worth, I ended up finding a guy near me selling factory forks from my exact model year and I picked them up pretty cheap, painted them, and swapped them out. It sits a whole lot more reasonable now and I can actually make it out of my driveway!
