Hey gang! I am in central Texas, originally from southeast Iowa. Bought me a 1981 XS650 this weekend. I also have a 2004 Buell Lightning XB12s. I put about 200 miles on the XS this weekend to see how she goes. What a fun bike! She will not stay stock for long. I am planning quite an overhaul that will include a Monstercraftsman Brat Kit. This is my first bike build so it shall be an adventure. It will be documented and I will probably start a build thread at some point. Until then, a couple pictures.
Here in Texas we have many signs that seem to have graphics of XS's on them, just had to get a picture with one.
