No power/electrical problems

Hey everyone having some trouble with my 78 im only getting power to the tail light and no where else on the bike didnt know if ya had any tips where i should start or a good shop around the hays kansas area. I hate electrical problems

There are three wires for the ignition switch. Red from battery, brown to power everything except the tail light, which has it's own blue wire from the ignition switch so it looks like the brown wire is not getting power from the switch. The plug and wiring for the ignition switch is in the headlight bowl.
