I’ve been working no my xs for a while, now it’s almost ready. As always, oil filters are so expensive and hard to find in Mexico City, so i decided to use a trans dapt relocator.
Since i did the reverse head heat will probably be a problem to the engine, the idea was to put an oil cooler at the front engine bracket.
Tellme your thougts

Don't like how the head nuts have been tapered at the head washer.........The load should be spread as much as possable.

On the oil cooler........get an XS850/750 cooler and adapt the fittings. Can be got cheep.
XS850.... https://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?...at=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_sop=1&rt=nc&LH_PrefLoc=2

Here is one fitted.....Don't take any notice how this is plumbed, has been plumbed for the head only........

just make sure the inlet and outlet face up. if not the oil drains out and the cooler has to fill before it is sent through the engine
