Good afternoon Gents! I have had a failed Pamco unit and I have been trying to get resolved for nearly a month. About a week in pete told me to PM my address for replacement but that was well over two weeks ago and no replacement parts have shown up. I have PM twice and tried emailing directly. This should be nder warranty but I also just placed an order this week for a replacement plate $70 as I am desperate to get this bike on the road. It is prime time here in Michigan and my bike is just sitting. Any one have any suggestions? My intention is not to throw anyone under the bus but this has taken along time to get resolved with nearly zero communication.
