Perm mag setup with a crf450r mag

Hey all got a crf450r stator laying around that im thinking of getting rewound to be a higher output. Is it possible to get this inside a xs650 for a perm mag setup?

I'm not sure if it'll work or not but if you post measurements and a pic I bet someone will know if it could work. If you have to pay to get it rewound anyway, you might consider just buy something that is already known to work.
