I've been trying to get the right side carb dialed in on my '74, just can't seem to get it happy, so I went in for a very thorough cleaning of the bowl and jets, peeled off the gasket carefully with a razor blade(flakes of silicone were everywhere, not good), and took my first good look at the pilot jet. Apparently someone else tried to get a look at it, unsuccessfully it would seem. I'm guessing a replacement bowl is the easiest fix here. Sorry for the focus, anybody have a good pic of what it should look like?

If the holes aren't straight enough to accept a strew extractor, use a small bit to enlarge the hole a little. Then put the bowls in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes, wear leather gloves, tap a small screw extractor in, give a sharp twist, and I can almost guarantee that the old jets will come out fairly easily. I have done this many, many times. I would certainly do that before buying bowls. If you still need bowls, PM me, I have them.
