points plate screws

Does anyone know the thread pitch and length of the large Phillips head screws used to hold the points plate? I'm getting ready to install a pamco and this bike didn't have any ignition components when I got it so I need to go track some down at the hardware store. Thanks.

Nevermind...looks like they are the same as the cover screws

My parts list shows the cover screws as 6mm x 20mm, and the points plate screws as shorter, 6mm x 15mm...

Ya your right, i just used a cover screw to hold down the pamco to see if it would work and it does, but I did get a slightly shorter screw to hold it permanently. Thanks for the reply.
