I tried to drill out the bushing with 23/64 bit and the bushing did not come out just cuttings, if I use the 25/64 bit will the new bushing slide in?
Mikexs tech says 25/64 is the most it can be drilled, just wondering what then?

I'll try the pick but seems to me if it's tight enough not to spin out that it won't come out with pic either. I have a feeling I'm going to have to drill it out full size I just don't want to f*&^ it up.

This is crazy but it just might work :) Bend a hook in the end of a nail so that you can reach in with it and hook the inside end of the bushing. Then use a carpenter's claw hammer on the nail head as if you were pulling the nail out of wood.

The directions from Mike's works. The largest bit he reccomends will get the old one out without hurting the shaft. I think the shaft is much harder than the bushing.
