Hey guys, just wondering what the rear brake set up is like on a 75.
I have a hardtailed frame that i didnt make with limited parts. i think the only rear brake part i have is the actual arm that you push. I have a cb360 so if its anything like that then i sort of have an idea. If anyone could hook me up with some detailed photos of the set up then that would be awesome. I have a clymer but its got bugger all about the rear brake set up. Heres what i am dealing with. got the wheels done the other day so its almost a roller except i need to get a new rear axel cause it seems to be too long.

Does the drum cover have the shoes attached still?

If you still have the brake arm, than more than likely it's still attached to the cam through the cover. The shoes are held together with heavy springs and pivot on the dowel on the bottom edge of the cover.

The steel liner on the inside of the hub acts as the braking surface.

Do you have a right side pic?

I'll get a few pics when I get home. Cool lookin scoot, btw.
