Rear Wheel... Am I missing something?

So I was just about to throw my rear wheel back on, and I'm not sure if I'm missing something. Any help would be appreciated.

I feel like there should be a dust cover on the sprocket side or something... am I wrong?

Yeah, it looks like a top hat. I just let ippytattoo borrow one a little while back, maybe he could take a picture of it and show you.

No you are right there is supposed to a collar and dust cover there. Like this.

Nope, you aren't wrong. Actually a spacer and a dust cover.
The schematics on sites like the link will show exactly which parts and their parts number.

Yeah... I was looking at the schematics... but sometimes those microfiche things are a bit tough for me to mentally convert... Thanks for the info... I knew that didn't look right.

Well, I've searched every pile of parts I have' and it's no where to be found. Fingers crossed that the guys who put tires on it this weekend have it.

Yep, common one that - take the tyres to be fitted and lose the spacers, been there! Bloody frustrating - hope you find it! I lost mine last month off a Norton and had to machine a new spacer and dust cover from steel bar / nylon
