Rear wheel stuck, clutch lever really hard

Hi all,
I started my xs last night just to warm it up for a couple of minutes.
It stayed in neutral the whole time.
Turned the engine off and moved it backwards to park it again...

The rear wheel wouldn't move anymore and I noticed that the clutch lever had become really hard to activate.
And the bike stayed in neutral the whole time... So not much of it makes any sense to me.
The bike was running fine all day before this and is being ridden regularly.

I initially thought the drum brake got stuck but that wouldn't explain the clutch

Has any of you experienced this before?

Pull the left side cover, examine the chain/sprocket and clutch pushrod...
