Replace head gasket after 0 mile teardown?

Ok well I decided to tear down and rebuild. To check for stuff like this. There is a slight mar on the bottom surface of one of the exhaust valves... Caused by interference with that Damn bolt. Anyway I think it's Ok. I have spare valves but I really want to get this thing running! What do yall think?

Filled heads with gas they hold it fine.. No longer have access to vacuum tester unfortunately but they each pulled over 24 in hg before the bolt was dropped in there... I think (hope) everything is okay because the defect is on the non sealing bottom surface of the valve
