What is the condition of your carbs? If the right carb has blockage in the pilot circuit, then that side will not run right, as the throttle is increased.
you might have an air leak. if you are fouling out you right spark plug or feel it holding a high idle after the motor gets hot. it could be an air leak in the carb boot it is comon with the current after market parts that they do not "seat" correctly
When you cleaned the carbs did you pull the jets and make sure that you can see light through them?
Also When you spray cleaner in the mix screw hole does it come out all the tiny holes above the throttle plates? Depending on the carbs two to four holes.
