right cylinder misfire

my right cylinder is misfiring when throttle is increased changed plugs,coil,wires and boots no change any ideas
 
What year bike and carbs? That info is needed to give a proper answer.
 
you might have an air leak. if you are fouling out you right spark plug or feel it holding a high idle after the motor gets hot. it could be an air leak in the carb boot it is comon with the current after market parts that they do not "seat" correctly
 
yes, but did you remove the intake manifold to cylinder boots and make sure they are in good shape.
 
When you cleaned the carbs did you pull the jets and make sure that you can see light through them?
Also When you spray cleaner in the mix screw hole does it come out all the tiny holes above the throttle plates? Depending on the carbs two to four holes.
 
yes jets were clean looked brand new i dipped the carb then use the air compressor to get all of the residue out perfectly clean
 
Have you replaced the float valve O-rings? Checked the float bowl fuel height with clear tubing? Compression test? Cam chain and valves set?
