Can anyone think of a right side handlebar switch and or switch/throttle twist grip , that has only a kill switch on it ??

E-bay has something called a "Motorbike Fast Action Throttle Grip Cable Kill Start Switch" but I don't know.
Think dirt bike. Just depends how much you want to spend. I saw a neat looking one off a Rupp mini bike. Looks factory minus the start button and headlight switch.
