Well all, after locking myself in the "shed of no return", for 2 weeks, I have emerged triumphantly.
So here she is... and looking/running great!!!!!!
What I did:
TC Bros hardtail
TC Bros forward controls, linkage, and battery box.
LaRossa solo seat with "clothes pin" springs.
Mikesxs drag bars.
Lowbrow tail light.
Stock front end, head light, front turn signals, horn, controls, brakes.
Stock front and rear wheel painted black.
Stock engine, but I rebuilt it.
BS34 carbs with 145 mains, 45 pilots.
Stock exhaust, cut off mufflers.
Simply wired, no starter.
Harley Sportster gas tank.
Rear fender is a stock front with the brackets cut off and then turned around.
Paint is "Metallic Charcoal" Rust-o-lium baby!!!!

I'll post some better pics later. Had to use my phone 'cuz the camera is MIA.

Pete, stock TCI for right now. I'm gonna get a Pamco when I do the PMA swap.
Now that it's completed I can save some money, instead of using it on those unexpected costs that always seem to pop-up, just when you think your done, lol.

With wires, of course.:wink2:

The tail light simply runs inside the fender to the frame, then to the rear brake switch, up the back bone to the controls. The signals are mounted (not pictured) on the axle plate where the struts would go, following the tail light wires.

I tried to keep it really clean without using a fake oil tank, keeping a stock size battery, not running the wires into the frame, and using turn signals. The only real wires exposed is the TCI, which is mounted to the battery box, between it and the fender.
