I guess I need to bring this back. My headlight thinks it's more important.

Earlier my signals weren't very bright. When I put the 552 flasher in they were brighter than when I had the LF1-S-FLAT flasher in. So I charged my battery back up and they were brighter. Although not as bright as I thought they should be. I thought they were supposed to be BRIGHT.

Anyway, later as I was checking things, I turned my headlight on and my signals stopped working. I don't know why. If I turn my headlight back off they work again.

I'm not sure what to look for here, so if anyone can help...

Sounds like your battery is too low. Make sure you have a fully charged good battery and check your charging system as well.

I checked my charging system and all is well. My battery is old, so I guess it's time to buy a new one. It doesn't seem to hold a charge very long.

Batteries can be very deceiving. I just replaced mine a couple of weeks ago. It showed 12.8V on a meter but would barely light a bulb. You really need to have it load tested if in doubt.
