Spark Plug Wire

I looked on MikesXS and it seems we buy these in pieces. Can I fix this? Does the end screw on?

also got some new foot peg rubbers, those need to be glued on?

Yes it should screw on. If you look in the end of the cap where the wire goes you will see what appears to be a wood screw. It screws into the center of the wire to make electrical contact and holds the cap on the end of the wire.
