speedo drive seal?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to sort out a new to me 1975 xs650b.
I've been getting a bit of a splatter on the hub around the speedo drive.
I pulled the front wheel off today out came what looked like a little bit of water.

Am I missing a seal or something?

I took a few pics, one of the speedo side of the wheel, and one of the speedo drive.
I think it's all there but I want to make sure. the pics show everything I have on that side.

Also, the speedo drive assembly is pretty much void of any grease. Should I just put a dab in there or should it be packed full?

1. power car wash?
2. nope looks like it's all there
3. pack it full with a moly grease which will turn easy and help keep out water
