Stainless Custom Bars

I have some left over stainless tubing form my old work.
Smallest about 600mm (2') long and unto 2m (6') I guess.

Diameters are 1" , ¾", and ½"

Has a wall thickness of 1.5mm ( 1/16 )

Wondering if you guys thought 1" , ¾" would be any good for making up some handle bars???

Anyone know some good tutorials on how to bend it??

Aussiehard, 1" will be the go...you can only buy controls for 7/8" or 1" bars.

Actually I have ⅞" and 1" not ¾" bloody imperial I was born under the metric system!

Any issues with Stainless being to rigid?
