Just picked up a nice retro mod 72 frame 75 engine. My issue - the fork stop travel is very limited, but is necessary because of fork/tank clearance. I'd like to increase the distance between the centerline of the fork triple tree pivot point and the centerline of the fork tubes. Any info sugestions appreciated. Thanks Dom

I don't fully understand you say the limit is due 2 tank clearance? Is that what you are trying 2 resolve?

If you type "fork offset" into the upper left google search box, many threads will appear. Some will cover what you're asking. I see no simple solutions, maybe you'll find one...

Yeah that's the correct discription "fork offset".
Not much help for my issue on the board.
I think a '78 -'79 Honda CB triple tree might have the 2-1/2" offset I need. Anybody got a CB triple tree in their bone pile
