Does anyone know of a swingarm modification or complete swingarm that’ll
take a 160/18 rear tire? Looks like a 140 might fit?

I think a Radian swingarm? Use the search function at the top of the page using Radian as the search term.
You'll have to space out (modify the front) sprockets for chain clearance. IMHO not worth it.
