Tach face screw rolling around behind glass

So I looked and saw one of the screws that is supposed to be holding the face on has come out and lies on th bottom of the tach now. It looks sealed. Is there a way to get in there?

Yep, use a small bent screwdriver and use these pics as a guide:

Go around in several passes lifting just a small amount each time. Did it myself and nothing could be easier.
